“Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I have played many sports growing up including GAA, soccer and rugby.
“I became interested in the gym over 10 years ago and was instantly hooked. I knew this was something I would love to do as a career and after working various different jobs I finally decided that it was time to go chase my dream! Helping clients reach their goals and improve their lifestyles became a passion and still is to this day. I have been a trainer for over 9 years now and still love the challenges I face on a daily basis.

I have also worked with a variety of sports teams during their pre-season and on-going training.
