ATP ran a very successful 4-week health initiative last month. This was an online program. We surveyed over 140 people and from that survey, we put together a challenge each week to improve your fitness, sleep, water intake, stress management. We had a live Q & A once a week covering different topics and answering your questions.
When the 4 weeks ended, we asked you the same questions again and there was a significant increase in exercise, better sleep, less stress, more water intake and overall wellness.
This was great to see, and this is something we will be looking to do again in the near future. So, make sure keep an eye out.
